At Florida Supplies and Services, our commitment is to provide high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We understand that situations may arise that require adjustments or returns, thus we clearly outline our refund policies below:
General Conditions for Refunds
- All refunds will be strictly managed based on the order number. It is essential that you retain your order number to expedite any related processes.
- Our company bills monthly, effectively offering a 30-day credit from the time of the order. Therefore, any returns or adjustments to the order will automatically be reflected in the final monthly invoice, ensuring that the amount billed corresponds precisely to the products actually delivered.
Refund Procedure
- If the product was previously charged and we do not have sufficient evidence of delivery for any reason, we will issue a full refund of the amount charged, using the same payment method originally employed by the customer.
- In cases where the product is returned and received by our company in perfect condition (undamaged and in its original packaging), the refund will also be processed using the original payment method.
- Partial returns will be duly deducted from the total amount billed on your next invoice, clearly indicating each adjustment made.
Delivery Service Cost
- The delivery service cost is included in the final price of our products. If the refund applies to the entire order, the delivery cost will also be refunded. However, if the return is partial, the delivery service cost will not be refunded.
Additional Considerations
- All returns must be notified within the first 7 days after receipt of the product.
- The physical return of the product must be completed within 14 days after notification.
- We reserve the right to inspect returned products before processing any refund.
